Julie Elizabeth Powell - hi to you all

Hello everyone, my pen name is Julie Elizabeth Powell, author of 13 books in a variety of genres - fantasy, horror, psychological thriller, humour, crime thriller, contemporary short stories/poems, mystery adventure and non-fiction.

I write for adults and children.

I like to challenge my writing and try all kinds as well as the fact that I am easily bored, so it's fun to stretch my abilities.

And yes, I think I'm good at it!  Now that's not very English of me, but with my writing I'm always pushing   

Reading is also important to a writer, in my opinion, so I devour books as fast as possible - reviewing every one of them because I understand the struggle of becoming known and reviews are vital.  My main pool of reading is from the self-publishing arena - so many gems that don't follow the boring formula of traditional and I'll never read 'celebrity' books   

So here I am.  Here comes the plug - I can offer mobi files of any of my works for review.  There, that wasn't so bad, was it?

I'm all over the place: Goodreads, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, LinkedIn and others...and Amazon of course where Kindle editions are available, and Lulu for print copies.  I do have some of my titles on Creatspace for print copies but find it confusing to use.

Oh yes, I dislike rules and I'm an alien.
